Expand your usable storage space with EHI Pallet Rack instead of costly building expansion. EHI Pallet Rack will maximize horizontal and vertical space in your facility. Racks hold pallets two, three, even four high without fear of crushing inventory. The rack's open design makes it easy for a forklift to access all pallet positions. A wide selection of beam widths and upright heights offer maximum design flexibility. Uprights are available in 5', 8', 10', 12', 14' and 16' heights. Beams are available in lengths of 90", 96", 108", 120" and 144".

Bolted or welded Design available. Different stock upright sizes available in Light, Medium and Heavy Duty. All uprights are punched with tempered keyhole slots every 2". Unique ribbed face with reverse flange provides greater strength-to-weight ratio. Minimum sized slots mean more store per upright. Upright structures are 100% mig-welded with precision "K" braces and heavy duty cross-channel reinforcement for increased strength, rigidity and resistance to abuse.

Easy Adjustment. Tapered keyhole slots on 2" centers provide quick, easy vertical adjustment of beams. There are no dead spots or obstructions in upright posts to impede movement of beam along the entire height of the upright

Accessorize Your Pallet Rack. It's easy to tailor EHI Pallet Rack to meet your individual requirements. Stock component colors are Blue or Gray for uprights, accessories and brace set kits, and Safety Orange for beams. Other colors are possible.

Three Capacities. Beams are available in:
Light Duty-(4100-5400 Lb. Capacities)
Medium Duty-(5000-6400 Lb. Capacities)
Heavy Duty-(6100-9900 Lb. Capacities)
All beams are painted Safety Orange, which helps lift operators with proper placement of pallets.

Three-Point Safety Catch. Each beam has three heavy-duty studs that engage the tapered keyhole slots in the upright. The evenly distributed load is effectively and safely transferred to the upright frame. Intgral safety catch automatically snaps and locks into place when the beam is properly seated.

Footplate. Simplifies installation, and contributes to rack stability by anchoring upright to floor. Welded-on footplate features full 4 1/2" deep plate with upset punching for increased stability. Footplate punching allows shims to nest.

Front-To-Back Bars. Pronged front-to-back bars seat in pre-slotted beams to prevent spreading on extra wide racks, simplifying proper installation. Plywood support channels allow the use of plywood or other decking materials.
