Steel Guard Rail is a prefabricated, modular rail system. Prior to its introduction, many companies custom-fabricated guard rails. It is a superior solution to custom fabricated rails because it is specifically engineered for fork truck protection. It is prefabricated, eliminating all on site core drilling, cutting, welding, or painting. EHI Guard Rail is modular, expands and relocates easily as needs change. Utilize steel guardrails to protect conveyors, racks, work areas, walls, meters, in-plant offices, or anywhere else in your facility that needs to separate people, inventory, equipment or areas from lift truck traffic.

Starter Units consist of 2 posts, 1 guard rail, hardware, and floor anchors.

Adder Units consist of 1 post, 1 guard rail, hardware, and floor anchors.

Posts: 4" x 4" x 1/4" wall structural steel tube posts with 10" x 10" x 5/8" welded base plates pre-punched for anchoring, Anchor bolts are included.

Rails: Corrugated (3 rib) 11 gauge high strength steel rails rails are 14" high x 2-1/2" deep with a 3-bolt connection on each rail end. Rail bolts are included. Finish: durable powder coat safety yellow.
